Order FAQ
  1. Which forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress, Discover and PayPal. All payment methods are processed by PayPal.
     
  2. How soon will my order be processed?
    We usually ship at least once a week, depending on the number of orders. Orders that clear by noon Monday (Pacific Time) will usually ship the following Tuesday, except during holidays.
     
  3. How soon will I get my order?
    You can expect delivery within 1-3 weeks. If we encounter any unexpected delay beyond this time frame, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option of cancelling your order. Once an order has shipped, however, it cannot be cancelled.
     
  4. What are your shipping methods?
    We use USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail. Both are 1-4 days delivery to most states (estimate only).
     
  5. Can I get expedited shipping?
    We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
     
  6. I live outside the U.S. Can I still place an order?
    Although we cannot accept international orders placed from the SELL page, we can invoice you for an order. Please see our international rate chart for shipping rates and terms and then contact us to initiate invoicing.
